Short answer: No. The number of test questions from each domain is relatively small. Just because you do well in one domain during the full mock exam, doesn’t necessarily mean you’ve mastered it.  For example, there are only 13 questions on the test for experimental design but the task list includes around 25 topics that you have to know across 9 tasks. 

I only recommend using the full mock exam to see what areas you are weaker/stronger in IF you have already spent time studying all the domains previously.
